General Conditions of Sale – Lilitha

1. Presentation

The website www.lilitha.fr is operated by Valentine SARR, a self-employed person registered under SIRET number 88510460400016.

2. Products

Lilitha offers fashion items for sale: clothing, jewelry and accessories.

3. Price

Prices are indicated in euros including VAT. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the CGI.

4. Orders

Any order implies acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale. A confirmation is sent by email.

5. Payment

Payment is made online via secure means (bank card, etc.).

6. Delivery

Products are delivered to mainland France. Delivery times are generally 2 to 7 business days. Shipping costs are displayed at the time of ordering.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have 14 days to return an unworn, unwashed item in its original packaging.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Personal data

The data collected is only used to process your orders. It is never resold or shared.
